Beemster Vlaskaas
A cow’s milk gouda made in the Netherlands. This Gouda is aged for 6-9 months and is sweet with a sharp finish. It has a toasty, butterscotch, nutty flavor.

Smoked
A smoked gouda cheese produced in Michigan. This delectable cheese has been hickory cold smoked in the traditional Dutch farmhouse manner which forms its distinctive natural brown rind. Smoked Gouda is buttery, mild with a slightly sweet caramel undertone. The hickory smoke flavor is subtle and yet pronounced. Sensational with beer!
