A 9-month-aged gouda produced by Beemster Cheese in the Netherlands. It has a creamy texture with a buttery, nutty and slightly sharp flavor.

Beemster XO
A 26-month-aged hard gouda made by Beemster Cheese in the Netherlands. The extra aging gives this cheese a strong nutty flavor with notes of whiskey and butterscotch, as well as protein crystallization.

Roomano Pradera
A 3-year-aged hard gouda produced in the Netherlands. This crumbly cheese has an intense nutty, caramel flavor with a sweet finish. It is one of our most crystalized cheeses.
