Barber's 1833 Vintage Reserve
A 2-year-aged cheddar made in Somerset, England since 1833. The Barber's family has been making this cheese for 6 generations. A creamy cheddar with the perfect sharpness and an acidic bite.

13-Year Golden Cheddar
A 13-year-aged cheddar made in Wisconsin by the Big Cheese Co. This yellow cheddar is slightly crumbly with an intense sharpness and a nutty, tangy finish.
