Prairie Breeze

A sharp cheddar from Milton Creamery in Iowa.  Aged at least 9 months, it is full of protein crystals for a slight crunch and has a sweet finish.

Black Bomber

A sharp cheddar made in Wales, England.  Aged for 1 year in a wax rind, the cheese is deliciously creamy with an acidic bite.  It melts in your mouth!

Cottonwood River (Raw Milk)

A raw milk cheddar made Kansas by Jason Wiebe Dairy.  Aged for 2 years, this cheddar has great protein crystalization with a smooth and nutty finish.

VAT 17

A 2-year-aged cheddar produced by Deer Creek in Wisconsin.  Made with a blend of cheddar cultures from around the world, it has a sharp, nutty bite with protein crystalization.

Barber's 1833 Vintage Reserve

A 2-year-aged cheddar made in Somerset, England since 1833.  The Barber's family has been making this cheese for 6 generations.  A creamy cheddar with the perfect sharpness and an acidic bite.

13-Year Golden Cheddar

A 13-year-aged cheddar made in Wisconsin by the Big Cheese Co.  This yellow cheddar is slightly crumbly with an intense sharpness and a nutty, tangy finish.
