Prairie Breeze - This cheese is a white aged cheddar made in Iowa. Aged for a minimum of 9 months made from vegetarian rennet and no added color. Sweeter than a typical aged cheddar with a lot of flavor. Slightly crumbly without losing the creamy texture.
